Solution Suites

Solution suites are sets of training programs, tools, and certifications that apply to a particular job function.

As an example, the customer service suite, which focuses on developing non-technical service providers, includes training programs for customer service, e-mail, up-selling and cross-selling, as well as a coaching program for supervisors. Each program has an associated certification, reinforcement tools, and management support center.

Technical Support Suite

The technical support suite focuses on developing service excellence in technical service providers. The suite includes four job-specific programs that cover essential competencies in technical support, field service, diagnostic troubleshooting, and coaching skills for service supervisors.

The programs are recognized throughout the industry and are preparatory courses for CompTIA's Customer Service Excellence accreditation, AFSMI's certification program, and SSPA's Support Staff Excellence program.

English Language Suite

The English language suite is designed for non-native speakers who wish to improve their spoken and written communication skills. The suite includes three programs that cover proper English pronunciation, business writing skills, and the understanding and use of American business idioms.

The programs are preparatory courses for the Educational Testing Service's Test of Spoken English (TSE) exam and Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Recommended for intermediate or advanced proficiency levels.
