Do you want to raise the overall standard of competence among your representatives? This is a good way to recognize those who are already at the standard and an incentive for those who are not.

How it works:

  • The certification tests knowledge of a skill, not an ability to “do” the skill via online evaluation.
  • Ability to “do” a skill is tested in the classroom, by an instructor.
  • Willingness to “do” a skill on an ongoing basis is measured by a manager or supervisor (coach) on the job.
