Coaches that leave a favorable impression

Coaches, ask your­self these two ques­tions: Have you ever had a coach in any field whom you truly admired and respected, and if so, who? What did this par­tic­u­lar coach do to leave such a favor­able impres­sion on you? Per­haps this coach remained acces­si­ble or helped you to under­stand your own strengths and weak­nesses. What­ever the char­ac­ter­is­tic or skill is that you iden­ti­fied, make a con­scious effort to put it into action for YOU as a coach.
