Get to the HEART of Customer Service

Expect the best of your team by trusting them

You are in a position of leadership and guidance, and the more positive and principled your leadership, the better your employees’ productivity and attitudes will be. Your team members will truly appreciate your coaching if they know that you believe in them and that you look for the positive aspects of their performance. One way to convey this to your team is to expect the best by trusting them (and let them know it) until you’re given a clear, definite reason not to.
