We've just been selected as one of three com­pa­nies to part­ner with AFSMI and SSPA in their Ser­vice Excel­lence Alliance Part­ner Pro­gram. This pro­gram con­sists of an élite group of con­sult­ing orga­ni­za­tions that work closely with AFSMI and SSPA on ini­tia­tives designed to aggres­sively accel­er­ate ser­vices success.

We've worked with SSPA for a num­ber of years and more recently with AFSMI.  It's excit­ing to work with asso­ca­tions that are so devoted to help­ing their mem­bers improve their cus­tomer sup­port and field ser­vice oper­a­tions and we really value our rela­tion­ship with them.
